Terms of Service

The service

KubeMail lets you send transactional and marketing email from domains you own, and monitor delivery through the dashboard, the API, webhooks and the iOS app. Features and limits depend on your plan.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password and API keys secret.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys.
• You must be authorized to send from every domain you add.

Acceptable use

You may only send email that recipients have asked for or reasonably expect. You may not use KubeMail to send:

• unsolicited bulk email, or email to purchased, rented or scraped lists;
• phishing, malware, or content that impersonates another person or organization;
• illegal content, or content that infringes the rights of others.

Marketing messages must include a working unsubscribe link, and you must honor unsubscribes. You must comply with applicable anti-spam and privacy laws (such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR and the Israeli Communications Law). We monitor bounce and complaint rates and may pause sending or suspend an account that harms deliverability or violates these terms.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, and usage above your plan's quota is billed at the rates shown on the pricing page. You can change or cancel a plan from the web dashboard; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your content

You keep all rights to the content you send. You grant us the limited rights needed to process, deliver and log it. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability

We work to keep KubeMail fast and available, but the service is provided "as is". Email delivery depends on recipient mail providers, and we cannot guarantee that any message will be delivered or reach the inbox.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KubeMail is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the iOS app or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes and law
